This is a princess cake that my mom makes for almost every family party that we go to. The green top layer is marzipan from Sweden and the little pink flower comes with the marzipan. The filling is yellow cake, seedless raspberry jam, vanilla custard and heavy whipping cream. This cake can be found in almost every Swedish bakery you go to. Whenever people try this cake they always ask what is in it and how my mom was able to find it.
