Awesome blog, Owen.
I knew you were a BEC afficionado and could lead us to the ultimate BEC.
HOWEVER, I do believe, aside from my own homemade variation...a grilled cheddar, fried egg and bacon on rye...the best BEC is to be found in a little deli on Greenwich Avenue in the Village in NYC.
We'll have to take a field trip to both Fairfield and the city to see which reigns supreme.
